Vinyl

All Vinyl products purchased are custom manufactured to a specific order and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely.  We recommend ordering Viking Vinyl samples through vikingvinyls.com.  When buying one of our products please note that the item is being sold only as described.  No changes or alterations to the vinyl (except in the case of color/style prior to shipment) can be made at any time and will not constitute grounds for a return.

Viking will replace or exchange only for those products which are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a customer service representative.  All products are quality-assurance checked for flaws and completeness before shipment. You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 3 days from receipt of order is considered complete. There are absolutely no replacements, exchanges or refunds issued after product is installed.

Please note that products ordered at different times may have different lot numbers, therefore we cannot guarantee a color or pattern match. Viking and partner manufactures are always making changes to provide you with the highest quality products. Viking does not guarantee any application of our films. We are here to help if you need tips on installation but cannot be held responsible for installation failure.

We accept returns for wrong, damaged or incomplete items only.
Please be ready to photograph any items that fall in the above category for return approval.
Any returns for any reason that does not include wrongful shipments, damaged items or incomplete orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are paid for by the buyer.

Please note that all returns will be subject to measurement. We generally charge $8-$12 per foot used depending on the material.  We like to be transparent with our buyers and informing you is our priority.

We are committed to providing hassle free returns for all of our clients. Unfortunately, we have customers that use the material and disagree or change their mind with the end result. They decide to return it and demand a full refund and are shocked to hear that we charge a 20% restocking fee. When we receive a return, we have to spend time measuring the roll without damaging it, repackaging it as a part or used roll, spend time advertising it as a part or used roll and have it examined by one of our technician to ensure no moisture, dust or any other contaminants will damage the roll further. This process is very costly and time consuming.

We will only pay for shipments that are wrongfully shipped, damaged or incomplete. If it does not fall in the previous categories listed, you must pay for shipping if you want a return. This is due to the fact that these products are extremely heavy and large making it expensive to ship back. If it is not our fault and our services and products were received in good condition, as described in a timely manner, we have completed our obligation as a seller to provide you with a quality product.

Once we have received the items, you will receive a credit to the card the order was placed within 30 days.  This time will allow us to inspect the items, file claim with FedEx, processing time of the credit internally and finally processing time for the credit card company to issue a credit.  We will notify you via-email when the credit has been issued to your card.

Application Supplies & Tooling

No returns or exchanges. Please take special care to order carefully and completely. Ask all questions before placing an order. Viking will not be liable if you order the wrong product. If you receive a product that does not match the description, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue. For any shipment that is refused or returned due to incorrect address provided by customer, you will be responsible for fees associated with reshipping item. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will issue a full refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Processing Time
